Damian spoke at the Remaining Stages debate of the Non Domestic Rating (Multipliers and Private Schools' Bill. Damian said at the time:
"Business Rates increases have had less attention than the hike in Employer NI Contributions. The government needs to re-focus on economic growth and jobs, to support our local high streets."
