Register via the link below if you have a medical condition that makes you clinically extremely vulnerable to Coronavirus, and you may, for example, be able to get priority for supermarket deliveries.
This service is free. You can register yourself, or for someone else. You can also contact them via 0800 028 8327

Hampshire County Council operates the Hampshire Coronavirus Support and Helpline for anyone needing help with how coronavirus has impacted their lives. They can be contacted on 0333 370 4000. (open 9am to 5pm Mon - Thurs, and 9am to 4.30pm on Fridays). Or you can request a call-back by completing the call-back request form.

Central government provides council tax support to those on a low income and with savings less than £16,000, and this will be additionally supplemented by up to a maximum of £150 for the coming year as a result of coronavirus. To Find out how to apply for council tax support.

Alton Foodbank has temporarily closed its Market Square premises and is moving to delivery of food parcels. Foodbank will be delivering parcels to people referred by local agencies.
